(exact change only) LATE FEE POLICY I do alllow a 10 minute grace period. At 11 minutes after, you will be charged a $20.00 dollar late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged a $25.00 dollar rescheduling fee. You will be prohibited from scheduling any future appointments, if you are a NO CALL, NO SHOW, and your card on file will be charged for the remaining balance of your services!!! IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SILKPRESS IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS DONE BY ME, PLEASE SELECT "NEW CLIENT SILKPRESS"!!! YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED, IF NOT SCHEDULED PROPERLY. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Same day cancellations are subject to 100% of your service total being charged to the card on file.
